Survey: Working in the home office is not healthier than in the office

What was striking, according to the report by the Business Insider, was that those who worked in the home office * did not increase as a whole more frequently than those with "traditional everyday work". There is a small difference: "The women surveyed in the home office were affected more often than men (25 percent and 21 percent) and the age group of 35-44 year olds  (29 percent) was most affected ". In addition, the survey also showed that children also played a role in the respondents' households . "29 percent of those surveyed with two children had increased, compared to only 22 percent among the childless. In the case of single parents with one or more children , this proportion rose to 35 percent," reports the Business Insider.

More movement through home office than in the office - less weight?

After all, the home office * seems  to offer at least a chance to eat healthier, according to the trend in the survey. 39 percent of all respondents stated that " cooking with fresh food , eating consciously and working with healthy eating in the home office is easier", the Business Insider further quotes from the survey mentioned.

But above all, as far as the movement is concerned, the differences become clear: In everyday office life , many people affected by the crisis found it more difficult to exercise enough, the report continues.
