15 year old son: sentenced 6 years and half

(ANSA) - PRATO, JUNE 01 - The Prato court sentenced the woman who in the summer of 2018 had a son with a 15-year-old boy to 6 years and 6 months for sexual assault on a minor, a student in private English repetitions, in scope of a relationship that lasted a long time. Her husband was also sentenced to 1 year and 8 months for alteration of marital status since he had attributed the paternity of the newborn baby. The sentence was read by Judge Daniela Migliorati and came at the end of the trial that saw the woman, Prato, 33 years old, accused of sexual acts on a minor and sexual violence perinduction on a minor. The prosecutors Lorenzo Gestri and Lorenzo Boscaglia had asked for 7 years of imprisonment and two years for the husband. The defenders, lawyers Mattia Alfano and Massimo Nistri, had requested absolution for both. The accusation that the sexual relationship between the two had continued since the boy was still 14 years old, a circumstance denied by the woman.
