The two methods of making fish fingers on the grill

  • Indirect heat: Here the fish sticks are placed on the grillage next to the heat source (of course it must be a grill with a lid). After 20 minutes, the fish sticks are cooked through and are still juicy, but: A particularly crispy outer skin did not materialize.
