Gone with the wind, Hbo thinks of a return with an introduction

'Gone with the wind' could return to Hbo Max as early as next week. The Washington Post writes that WarnerMedia, which operates the streaming platform, could make available again the controversial film preceded by the introduction of an authoritative African-American scholar, whose name, however, has not yet been made known.
    The masterpiece that talks about Rossella O'Hara and Rhett Butler's tormented love story during the Civil War years had been withdrawn because it was called 'racist' following the protests over the killing of George Floyd by the Minneapolis police .
    "Gone with the wind" - WarnerMedia spokesman said - is the product of his time and presents some ethnic and racial prejudices that unfortunately were common in American society. "The spokesman also added that these racist representations were wrong then and I am today.
