Invited Wednesday June 10 on the set of Doc Stupéfiant dedicated to "Culture déconfinée", the actress expressed a clear opinion on the shooting conditions that await professionals on the big screen soon. Among the new instructions provided for in this health charter is thus the possibility for actors to refuse or not to kiss their partner on the screen in order to respect social distancing.
Chilly insurers
“ So the insurance companies will have an opinion on how we make a film. [...] They say not to kiss, it is the maximum, but it is also a safety distance , denounces Marina Foïs . But it won't work. Very concretely we are going to repeat a scene saying to me " You must not approach more than 1.5 meters from Valeria Bruni Tedeschi " with whom I will film at the start of the school year ".
I will not respect itThe actress ensures that she will put the instruction into practice during rehearsals ... but only at that time. "If I want to play well, I have to give up something and let it happen. So I will not respect it ” , recognizes the actress, who will be playing in the movie Enorme by Sophie Letourneur on September 2.
Marina Foïs also criticizes the insurers for their lack of cooperation and their reluctance towards these new working conditions. “ It's a real problem. Even President Macron [...] said when he addressed the actors of Culture: " We will ask the banks and the insurers to take their responsibility ". So that means taking on a share of the risk that, once again, people, when we had to turn the country around during this confinement, took on because they were asked to go to work . ”

On May 12, producer Eric Altmayer had already confessed his fears about the sanitary measures taken by the government, "totally incompatible with a filming". Endowed with 50 million euros, it should make it possible to cover the expenses incurred in the event of a shooting stoppage due to the coronavirus.
