(ANSA) - MOSCOW, JUNE 12 - President Vladimir Putin participated in the ceremony of raising the national flag on Poklonnaya hill in Moscow on the occasion of the Day of Russia. It is the first time Putin has appeared public since May 9, when he laid flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Milite near the walls of the Kremlin.
