Colombian ex-queen, Daniella Álvarez, shares images of the amputation of her foot

Daniella Álvarez, the former beauty queen of Colombia, decided to share with her fans through social networks her experience after losing her left leg, after undergoing an operation to treat a small abnormal mass in her abdomen.

"Until today, almost a month after all my operations, I have the courage to speak to you," said the model, referring to her fans and those who have been aware of her state of health.

Daniella began by explaining the process of a "presumably simple" operation to which she underwent to extract an abnormal mass in her abdomen that, she said, "was the size of a coin."

However, the doctors noticed that the mass was very close to his aorta, which ended up closing, suffering from ischemia.

"I will have my last operation where they will have to remove my left foot, they will also have to take a little bit of my leg in order to have a more prosperous life, because I could have one foot but it would not be a functional foot," Álvarez revealed in a published video. On Instagram.

The Barranquilla woman, who won the Miss Colombia contest in 2011, shared several photos this weekend after the amputation of her left foot.

"I am happy to be here in this world to overcome all the challenges that come in my new life," Álvarez added in his post.

"I know that from the hand of God I will achieve everything: 'Feet, for I want them if I have wings to fly.' We are going forward ”, he assured.
