Do you always have baguette as a side dish with grilled meat? Then you should think about fresh wind on the table. For example this spicy rice dish.

Regardless of whether you prepare your dishes on the grill or in the kitchen - one thing will also apply to most: No meat, fish or anything else comes on the table without the appropriate side dishes. As is well known, there are many of them. Actually, an infinite number if you take it exactly. Some only fit with a little that comes on the plate, others are very easy to combine.

Today it's about rice. More specifically, Djuvec rice , which originated in the Balkans. What many people particularly like about it: It already contains plenty of vegetables: tomatoes, peppers or onions. Apart from that, this rice tastes very juicy and actually makes an additional sauce unnecessary.
