This was announced by the International Motorcycling Federation, which announced a provisional calendar. It will continue in Portugal in August and then return to Spain for a new trio: double weekend in Aragon and then round in Catalonia. In October he stops in France, then two dates that the FIM has yet to confirm: the weekend of 9-11 October in Argentina and that of Misano scheduled between 6 and 8 November, on the "Marco Simoncelli" circuit. On the other hand, the Rounds of Holland, Great Britain and Qatar, scheduled at Donington Park, TT Circuit Assen and Losail, are still pending and to be determined. In the official press release, FIM announces that "the return of the championship will take place initially without the public and with limited attendance on the circuits. And all the rules of the governments on social distancing will be respected". The first round of the world had already taken place between February and March in Phillip Island, before the pandemic forced the suspension of the races.
