This freedom has been rediscovered for those consumers who are used to shopping in Spain and enjoying products that are less taxed than in France.
Spain lifted the state of alert on Sunday and reopened all of its borders except that with Portugal. The Spanish can now move around the country, but Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez reminded the population that she remained vulnerable and that the virus could return.
