Singer Justin Bieber has been trending all week, after two Twitter users who claimed to be his fans confessed that they had been sexually abused by the artist during his tour in 2014 and 2015.
These accusations caused the Canadian interpreter annoyance, who rejected that version and now decided to take legal action against these two people.
That's why Justin filed a libel suit against the two Twitter profiles, whose usernames are identified as Danielle and Kadi .
According to the TMZ site , Hailey Baldwin's husband would ask for a total of US $ 20 million for a "malicious" accusation, before which he has "indisputable documentary evidence" that shows that they are lies.
According to the cited media, the lawsuit claims that the two social media accounts are actually managed by the same person, or at least represent a coordinated campaign to ruin Justin's reputation.
Bieber's legal team, which has been showing the evidence from day one, calls these tweets libelous. According to TMZ , the lawsuit denounces "a coordinated effort to ruin his reputation."
The lawyers are sure to continue with the judicial process, since all the evidence supports the credibility of Bieber and not of the fans.
This whole story began a few days ago, when one of the users identified as Danielle, pointed out that the artist invited her along with several friends to the Four Season hotel on March 9, 2014, where Justin would have sexually abused her.
Added to this story was another user, identified as Kadi, who accused the interpreter of sexually assaulting her in a New York hotel in May 2015.
However, the complaint claims that "Bieber did not stay at the mentioned hotel in March 2014, and there are multiple witnesses and documentary evidence to refute Danielle's malicious lie."
"Danielle fabricated her sexual encounter with Justin at the Four Seasons Hotel, because she was publicly reported that he had dinner at the on-site restaurant on March 10, 2014, and presumed Bieber was at the hotel," the complaint states. "Although Bieber went to the restaurant, she did not stay at the Four Seasons Hotel," she adds.
In addition, the lawsuit also says that, due to the timing of Danielle and Kadi's tweets , it appears that Kadi "knew and had the details of Danielle's tweet before it was published, as she had her indictment ready to launch jointly."
It should be remembered that the Canadian singer also spoke about it, and used his own Twitter account to defend himself.
"I don't normally deal with things as I've been dealing with random accusations throughout my career, but after speaking to my wife and my team, I decided to speak on a topic tonight," Hailey Bieber's partner tweeted.
"Rumors are rumors, but sexual abuse is something I don't take lightly. I wanted to speak up right away, but out of respect for so many victims who deal with these issues on a daily basis, I wanted to make sure to gather the facts before making any statements." added the 26-year-old artist.
