(ANSA) - WARSAW, JULY 30 - Andrzej Duda, the current president of Poland, took the lead in the first round of the presidential election last Sunday with 43.5% of the votes while his opponent, the mayor of Warsaw Rafal Trzaskowski, got 30.46% of preferences.
    These are the final figures published this morning by the National Electoral Commission (PKW) after the ballot of all the ballot papers, including those received from abroad.
   The third candidate, Catholic journalist Szymon Holownia, obtained 13.87% of the votes, while the nationalist RyszardBosak catalyzed 6.78% of the preferences. At the end of the list, the leader of the Party of citizens, with 2.36%, and the candidate of the left RobertBiedron, with 2.22% of the votes, were classified.
    The turnout was 64.51%. In real numbers, 8.5 million Poles voted for Duda and 5.94 million for Trzaskowski. The ballot is scheduled for July 12. (ANSA).
