The Ministry of Health confirmed this Friday 18 new deaths from coronavirus compared to the last report, bringing the death toll to 1,403 since the start of the pandemic in Argentina.
Of the new infections, 93.7% correspond to people who live in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA) and 2.9% in the province of Chaco.
The accumulated total is 69,941 confirmed cases in the country since the arrival of the pandemic, the incidence rate is 164 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and a total of 1,403 are the deceased, with a fatality rate of 2%.
