(ANSA) - BEIJING, JULY 3 - A 23-year-old man accused of having voluntarily overwhelmed a group of police officers with his motorbike is the first person to have been formally charged in line with the new national security law imposed on Hong Kong from China. Tong Ying-kit, this name, will have to answer for two charges relating to asecession and terrorism, according to media reports.
