Spotify adapts its American podcasts in several languages

This American audio fiction, created in 2018 by Gimlet studio, has been available exclusively on Spotify since Tuesday in four new languages. It is not a translation, but an adaptation of this audio series to four distinct markets. A first in the podcast world. " Sara must sound like a program designed in France, " says Figaro Courtney Holt, director of podcast studios at Spotify. The intrigue was thus transposed from Guymon, in Oklahoma, to the commune of Ruffec, in Charente. The main roles are played by Virginie Efira, Stéphane De Groodt and the youtuber Natoo.
