(ANSA) - ROME, JULY 12 - India has recorded another 28,637 cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours: this is the consecutive daily quartorecord, which brings the overall balance of the infections in the country to an altitude of 849,553. At the same time, the death toll rose to 22,674.
The most affected state remains that of Maharashtra (west), with 246,660 cases and 10,116 deaths.
