(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, JUL 11 - Donald Trump used a coronavirus mask for the first time in public by visiting the Walter Reed military hospital in Bethesda, Maryland, a few miles from the White House today. The images have been broadcast on US TV. Previously the president had used the mask by visiting a factory but in a private area, even if then photos and videos had arrived the same. "I think it's a great thing to use the mask when you're in a hospital, when talking to a lot of soldiers and people who in some cases have just come out of the operating room," Trump had said before joining Walter Reed.
"I've never been against masks, I think time and place should be evaluated."
