Last week, a new hotel made entirely of gold was opened in Hanoi, Vietnam. The toilets, sinks, elevators, lobby, floors, walls and almost every detail of the hotel are made of real gold. As you can imagine, this is a five-star hotel, but despite all that, the cost of staying there is cheaper than one night in a four-star hotel in Eilat.

The hotel that opened its golden gates a few days ago was built for $ 11 million over 11 years. The hotel wants to attract not only rich customers and a night wrapped in gold will cost you starting at only $ 250, which is about NIS 950 per room for a couple.

Of course there are higher prices as the room level you choose is more upscale, but if Instagram photos in the stunning pool and some of the gilded room will provide you, then you should visit the hotel on your next vacation in Vietnam. Until the Corona came into our lives, there were no direct flights from Israel to Vietnam even though there were contacts on the subject.

If all this is not enough, the food at the hotel is golden and as you can see in the picture, the meat is served with gold plated - a dish that exists even in quite a few luxury restaurants around the world. The hotel has 400 rooms and is operated by the American hotel chain Wyndham.

As you know, it is currently not possible to fly and visit Vietnam. Israelis cannot enter the country and every Israeli who returns from any country abroad is obliged to isolate in Israel for two weeks. Currently, the morbidity situation in Israel is severe and the decision on the issue of isolation or easing and the possibility of Israelis entering other countries around the world does not seem to be happening any time soon.
