Wedding dress designer Dani Mizrahi, who, before the Corona epidemic broke out, had financial difficulties and had to close the business due to heavy debts, asked the court on Thursday for housing assistance, saying: "Do not slash into the street."

After the court ordered the liquidation of his company due to NIS 7 million, the designer recently applied for a settlement with his creditors and signed the villa sale agreement he owns in Herzliya.

In an affidavit filed at the home, Mizrahi requests that he find an alternative arrangement before he is thrown out of his home, and Mizrahi requests an alternative housing allowance, since he claims he is unable to finance his place of residence.

For 40 years, Mizrahi dressed in the best of famous and gained fame in Israel and around the world. She has exhibited in international shows, designed dresses for beauty pageants and reality shows and has become one of Israel's most prominent designers.

Recently, the court ordered him to vacate his villa for NIS 4.5 million. Please say that last June, he was cut off from electricity and left without anything, supported little by his son-in-law. In addition, it is said that family members refuse to continue to help because of their difficult financial situation.

His lawyer, Ben-Dori, wrote in the affidavit that, "Rini is asking for essential relief as an oxygen to prevent an irreversible condition from being physically thrown into the street. Beyond this humiliating and shameful act, the most essential remedy is his last stronghold." Mizrahi stated, "In light of my situation and in the absence of any future horizon for the ability to win a change in my situation, I would like to give me at least a roof protection for my head and me and my partner who lives with me and Abel Yarmas as honorable beyond what has already been trampled."
