(ANSA) - ROME, JULY 12 - Portuguese police inspected three abandoned wells in the Algarve region as part of investigations into the disappearance of little Madeleine McCann in 2007 while she was on vacation with her parents in Praia de Luz.
According to British media reports, police teams and divers have inspected the wells - the largest of which is 13 meters deep - last Thursday in the town of Vila do Bispo. The searches lasted eight hours.
