The Banksy stolen from the Bataclan in Paris and found in Abruzzo will be exhibited today at Palazzo Farnese, in Rome, on the occasion of the French national holiday. Then it will be returned to France.
The work of the English street artist, depicting the "sad girl", painted on the door of the Bataclan emergency exit in homage to the victims of the terrorist massacres in Paris, had been removed and stolen in January 2019. It was found in Italy last June 10 after an activity of judicial and police cooperation.
