The Public Prosecutor's Office of the City of Buenos Aires imputed the driver Ángel "Baby" Etchecopar for having called toll workers "boludas", "stupid" and "filthy" during his radio program in 2019.
"Indirectly , he insulted them, slandered them, humiliating them and dishonoring their dignity, " says the document signed by Mario Galante, 1st instance prosecutor of the City. The decision was adopted on June 30, but it only emerged in the last hours.
In August of last year, in his program broadcast on Radio 10 , the driver had disparagingly referred to the cashiers of that service.
"To the girls of the toll, managed by the Moyano, first of all, it is forbidden to put on the t-shirt the Truckers. They have the green t-shirt the jerks. And do you know what they do to you? It's incredible. To me, there are some who know me Because I spend all day, they throw the twine at you, they don't give it to you because they know you're against it, "said the driver.
He continued: "I swear to God. They are small girls. Big ones, no. The little assholes look at you with hatred and throw you the twine because they have the Truckers t-shirt. That is in the tolls, but it is over, eh, because it is coming the automatic toll where there will be no one. "
According to the prosecutor, Etchecopar "uttered phrases against employees who form union tolls associations in Argentina, encouraging hatred against them, because of their political ideas."
Similarly, he added, "with these sentences and indirectly he insulted, defamed, humiliated and dishonored their dignity."
