After a long hospitalization, actor Lior Kalfon updated that his condition is improving and he moved to the Corona Hotel • "Thank you for everything", he told his followers, "already waiting to return to my family"

Actor Lior Kalfon, who fell ill in Corona and went into a lengthy hospitalization, informed his Facebook followers that his condition had improved significantly and that he had been released from the hospital to the Corona Hotel.

Kalfon, 47, who had been hospitalized for about a week at Hillel Yaffe Hospital in Hadera after contracting the corona virus earlier this month, uploaded a short video to his Facebook page this morning (Wednesday) in which he updated his fans on his health.

"Hey friends, I wanted to say thank you so much for all the support and love you sent me," Kalfon opened the video in which he was seen lying in bed talking to the camera.

"Glad to update that I feel better. My condition has improved thank God. I can talk a little, after two and a half weeks I was in complete silence because of the coughs," Kalfon updated in improving his condition.

"I left the hospital and I was at the Corona Hotel," he said, adding that now he has to wait to get out of the disease completely.

"Ironically, my mother's last name is Coronium which is Korna in Spanish, madness," Kalfon said, asking at the end of the video to thank again everyone who demanded his safety as he expressed hope to return soon to his family and home in Binyamina.

Just four days ago, the actor posted a post in which he came out against the claims of Prof. Yoram Les and against the spreaders of the rumors about his condition. "Yesterday they sent me an excerpt from 'Shay on Broadcast' in which Prof. Les claims that my corona is like the flu that his niece had," he wrote in the post. "It made me very angry to hear this because I got the flu a lot of times in my life but I have never been hit by a flu in such a way that I have been in another world for over two weeks and am being treated for tremendous pain.
