(ANSA) - ROME, JULY 20 - The Public Prosecutor of Rome is prosecuting culpable murder in connection with the death of two workers in a construction site in the Vigna Murata area. The prosecutor FrancescoMinisci, owner of the procedure, carried out a site inspection in Lodovico Cerva, the scene of the tragedy. The two workers, 29 and 52 years old from Rome, fell from a height of 20 meters while they were intent on sawing a reinforced concrete beam.
The aim of the investigation is to verify whether safety standards were respected within the construction site. (HANDLE).
