After launching himself into the presidential bid, Kanye West held his first rally in South Carolina on Sunday, where he shared a story about his family that made him burst into tears.
During his speech, the rapper began to cry when he recalled how he reacted to the news that he would become a father with Kim Kardashian.
With tears in his eyes, the 43-year-old interpreter shared an intimate memory about the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star's motherhood. West mentioned that knowing he was expecting his first child, he wished Kim had an abortion.
"In the Bible it says you will not kill," he said. "I remember when my girlfriend [at the time] called me screaming and crying, and I just thought, 'Please don't tell me I infected Kim Kardashian with a sexually transmitted disease,'" he said.

"So she said, 'I am pregnant,' and I said 'Yes,' she said 'No.' Kim was crying, and she said she had to go to the doctor," she continued. "And then I thought, 'oh, oh' ... Back then I was a rapper who made my life, had several girlfriends and all that," he confessed.
"One month, two months, three months we were talking about it so that she would not have the baby. Kim had the pills in her hand," she recalled of the episode.
"You know, you take these pills and it's a wrap, the baby is gone," he said.
The rapper said that something happened that made them decide to have the baby. "While I was in the Paris department, the same one where Kim was later robbed, I had my computer open, all my creative ideas, my shoe line, the cover of my next theme, and the screen went black and white", he remembered. "God said to me, 'If you screw up # # my vision, I'm going to screw up # yours,'" he added.
It was then that Kanye decided to assume his fatherhood next to Kim Kardashian, with whom he later formed a family. "So even if my wife divorced me after this speech, she brought North into the world, even when I didn't want to," he continued.
"She stood up and protected that baby," she added with tears in her eyes.

The longtime couple welcomed North on June 15, 2013. They are now the proud parents of three other children, Saint West , 4, Chicago West , 2, and Psalm West , 14 months.
The singer assured that his late mother, Donda West , was also about to have an abortion when she was pregnant with him.
"My dad wanted to abort me! There would have been no Kanye West," he said. Following his confession, Kanye ended up screaming passionately that he loved his daughter.
Earlier this month, the rapper-turned-politician announced that he would run for president this year. "Now we must deliver on America's promise by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future," he tweeted July 4. "I am running for President of the United States!" He declared.
