(ANSA) - NEW DELHI, JULY 25 - Coronavirus cases have exceeded one million 300 thousand in India, with an increase of 48.916 new positives in one day. These are the figures released this morning by the Indian Ministry of Health. The total death toll rose to 31,358 with 757 people dead yesterday.
According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 420,898 swabs were performed yesterday, the highest number in a single day.
In the last 48 hours, new cases have increased by over one hundred thousand in the country. (HANDLE).
