(ANSA) - ROME, JULY 26 - About 140 people, on two different boats, are in difficulty in the Mediterranean. The news is Alarm Phone. A first boat with an unsuccessful engine, in the Sar Maltese area, has 95 migrants on board and is embarking water. "The situation on board - Alarm Phone says - is critical. Maltese and Italian authorities are informed but do not respond". Another boat, with 45 people on board, is always in the Sar Maltese area. "Again the authorities are informed but they are not responding," stresses the organization. "Stiamomorendo", the desperate cry of the people on board the first boat. "They say they can't remove the water from the boat because it's overcrowded. They shout: 'we're dying!'", Writes AlarmPhone. "The merchant Maridive230 is about 20 miles from the boat and could receive orders to help - reads an untweet - but the Maltese armed forces are not responding to our calls".
