MOBILITY ADO launches the “Move Quietly” campaign, an initiative that seeks to guarantee the well-being of its clients and its staff, in addition to positioning itself as one of the benchmarks in mobility solutions to the challenges of covid-19.
"At MOBILITY ADO we focus our decisions on people, which is why we have taken care of all the health safety measures that allow us to operate correctly and, above all, keep our employees, passengers and community protected," says Aldo Alarcón Vargas, general director of Transportation Mexico of the firm.
The safety and hygiene protocols of “Muévete Tranquilo” contemplate each stage in its operations, starting from when travelers set foot in their terminal, as their personnel have been trained to ensure compliance with all sanitary measures, such as keeping a healthy distance, the use of face masks, the application of antibacterial gel and disinfection of footwear.
At the time of boarding, to replace the printed ticket, the firm has implemented a system based on barcode or QR code scans to reduce the risk of contagion.
Health security within the group's buses, counters and waiting rooms has also been considered professionally: all facilities are disinfected by means of a High Touch cleaning protocol (which places special emphasis on areas of greatest contact ), which complies with the maximum biosecurity standards recommended by the World Health Organization and the Pan American Health Organization.
Of course, the collaborators of MOBILITY ADO are also protected at all times. Drivers and operations personnel are provided with a personal protection kit consisting of a face shield, washable mouth mask and antibacterial gel. Additionally, unit operators have cleaning supplies on hand that allow them to constantly clean their workspace.
Although most of these measures have been implemented since the onset of the health emergency, MOBILITY ADO now reinforces and monitors them more than ever with the “Move Calmly” program, which also aims to contribute responsibly to the revival of the healthcare industry. passenger motor transport.
“Move Quietly responds to an understanding of the challenges of economic recovery in our country. We are committed to the recovery of mobility from the responsibility to successfully navigate this contingency ”, concludes Aldo Alarcón Vargas.
