(ANSA) - ROME, JULY 29 - "The magnitude of the fall in GDP in April was such that the second quarter will record a strong fall on the average, followed by an equally strong rebound in the third quarter, which we expect to be almost 15% compared to the previous one. ". This was stated by the Economy Minister Roberto Gualtieri in the Senate Chamber underlining that the measures put in place so far have been "decisive in containing the fall in production, in safeguarding production capacity and employment, in mitigating the economic impact of the crisis, in particular on the families most vulnerable less wealthy ". They also posed "the basis for an economic recovery already underway". (HANDLE).
