"Hello! I wanted to take time to send you a quick message, because I haven't been posting much," the interpreter originally from Texas began. "I just wanted them to know that I love you and that I miss you and that there are so many exciting things to come that I can't wait to share them with you all," she added.

While those words suggest that Selena is dealing with various projects in hand, she wanted to let people know that she is very aware that the world is going through a difficult time, which has required a bit of seriousness on the part of everyone.

"I think earlier this year, with everything going on, it felt a little callous to post things that could be a little ... joyous or [celebratory]," he explained. "It was really difficult for me."

After saying that, Selena gave good news to all her followers, as she revealed that she will now be more frequently online.

"I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to be a little bit more involved and I'm just sending more love and showing you more of my personal things and what I've been doing," she explained. "But, thanks for being here, and thanks for always supporting me, and I will speak to you soon."

The beginning of 2020 was important for Selena Gomez, as she released her third studio album, titled Rare , on January 10. The material became a resounding success, ranking number one on the Billboard 200 list .
