(ANSA) - ROME, JULY 31 - "We are witnessing a steadier recovery in revenues, we have managed to maintain a solid balance sheet and, as expected, we have paid the dividend for 2019", underlines the CEO. of Poste Italiane, Matteo Del Fante, presenting the results for the first half of 2020 closed, "despite the Covid challenge", the company underlines, with a small share of 546 million, down 28.5% compared to the same period in 2019. In the second quarter net profit was down 26.2% to 239 million. The company highlights the "group performance recovering from June".

    "We keep our dividend strategy unchanged in the update" of the Deliver 2022 business plan "expected in the fourth quarter," says Del Fante.
