"That day changed everything." Agustina talks about March 19 of this year. "He entered my house, where I live with my son, and my brother had to take him out. So that day I went to the Martinez Women's Police Station and filed the complaint," she says. He talks about Héctor P., whom he denounced for having raped her and who he again pointed out at a police station for threatening her. "He is a Pai Umbanda, well known here in Virreyes -in the Buenos Aires party of San Fernando, where he lives-, but Justice is not doing anything," he maintains.

Agustina is 29 years old and has a 12-year-old son. "At the end of 2016 my family got pretty close to this country . She has come to eat at our house, which she also came to do a kind of spiritual cleansing. In 2017, At a time when I was very bad with personal and college things, I told him and he suggested that I go to the house to drop my cards. I went, he drugged me with something that numbed my body that I suspect was burundanga, and he raped me . That same day he threatened me with a gun to the head: he told me that if he said something he was going to kill me or he was going to kill my son, "the young woman tells Clarín.

"During all these years, every time he saw me on the street - according to Agustina, his houses are four blocks away - he would lift his shirt to see that he was carrying a gun. He would leave me candles and roosters at the door of my house , if I was on the bike, he would throw stones at me and spit on me. This year, one day he spit on me and I decided to spit on him.

After that complaint, a judicial case was filed with the Court of Guarantees No. 4, under the charge of Judge Esteban Rossignoli, and with the San Fernando gender attorney, under Bibiana Santella. Sources of the investigation confirmed to Clarín that Héctor P. is accused of sexual abuse with carnal access and threats.

According to those same sources, a search was carried out in the defendant's home, in which no firearms or items were found that related him to Umbanda practices . "There was a raid but it was on June 16, she had time to hide everything she wanted," reflects the complainant. The judicial sources explained that it is expected that psychological tests of Agustina and Héctor P. will be carried out, but that the area of expert assistance of the Judicial Power of the Province is not currently operating, given the preventive and obligatory social isolation.

"The prosecutor told me that everything was going to be slower because of the quarantine . But since she called me to tell me that she was the prosecutor, three days after I made the complaint, she did not call me again. She does not answer the emails that we sent her with my lawyer, "maintains the complainant. "On May 5 I made another complaint because the threats continued: my dad's car, which was standing a year ago at the door and full of dirt, appeared with the windshield written. 'Agustina we are watching you ,' he said. I asked for the perimeter. which expires on August 5, "he explains. According to her account, it is a mutual perimeter: neither the accused can be less than 300 meters from her or her son, nor can she approach.

"I published a photo on Facebook, recounting what happened, and a pot was uncovered. His ex-wife contacted me to tell me that she knew what was happening but could not say anything because he threatened her . She offered to be a witness but They did not contact her. One girl reported that she was abused when she was 13. Another reported her and three days later they beat her with sticks with her family and demanded that she withdraw the complaint, "says Agustina.

Sources of the investigation told Clarín that, apart from Agustina, a 33-year-old woman pointed to Héctor P. as the person who had abused her at the age of 13, although she later did not continue with the complaint. Those same sources explained that they did not receive a response when trying to contact the witnesses indicated by the complainant.

"Everything is very disorganized and the prosecutor does not respond. She has not responded for more than a month and we have already asked her for preventive detention," emphasizes Agustina. According to what she says, for years Héctor P. threatened to use her son for an Umbanda ritual.

In networks, her complaint is identified with the hashtag #AgustinaNoEstaSola and is especially accompanied by the feminist group MuMaLá San Fernando. The sources of the investigation maintained that the case is pending and that no evidence has yet been obtained to prove what has been denounced, even though Justice itself is not working enough to carry out expert interviews.
