(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 04 - The contagions for coronavirus in Italy go up again: according to data from the Ministry of Health, 190 new cases were registered in the last 24 hours (yesterday they were 159), for a total of 248,419. The victims in one day are instead 5, down from Monday when 12 were registered. The total deaths since the beginning of the emergency is 35,171. Three regions without new cases: Valle d'Aosta, Molise and Basilicata.
The number of inpatients with symptoms is also on the rise: there are 27 more than yesterday: in fact there are 761 patients in hospitals while there were 734 patients on Monday. Intensive care hospitalizations, on the other hand, were stable: 41, with ten regions that do not have any resuscitation. In home isolation there are 11,680 people, 19 less than yesterday and the currently positive are 12,482.8 less than yesterday. A total of 200,766 recovered or discharged, 177 more than yesterday. In the last 24 hours 43,788 have been carried out, almost 20 thousand more than yesterday (ANSA).
