Google has finally unveiled the Pixel 4a, the mid-range smartphone produced by the Mountain View giant. Expected in recent months, the device has among its main features the compact size, the low price and a camera with good performance. In the US and other markets it will be available in the second half of August, while in Italy it will only be on sale in early October.
The Pixel 4a mounts a 5.81-inch screen, with a small hole that houses the 8 megapixel front camera. The photographic sector is that of the older brother, the Pixel 4, with a single 12.2 megapixel rear camera.
Unlike the Pixel 4, the processor is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 730G, a choice that rained some criticism on Google. To support the chip, 6 GB of Ram and 128 GB of internal memory. The battery is not the most capacious: 3,140 mAh, but with an 18 W rapid charger included in the package. The smartphone, in the black finish, will arrive on Italian shelves for about 390 euros.
