Actor Pablo Lyle continues to be unable to leave the United States, where he is awaiting the resumption of the trial for the death of a man he hit, during a traffic discussion in late March 2019.
However, the artist was seen through the lens of a paparazzi while he was filling his vehicle with gasoline at a service station in Miami, where he is serving his house arrest.
In the images, Lyle was wearing a black T-shirt and jeans while looking relaxed listening to music.
Furthermore, it was captured using a surgical mask to comply with basic hygiene measures, in order to avoid a COVID-19 infection.

It is precisely due to this pandemic, that the hearings of the Mexican artist had to be temporarily suspended and would be resumed virtually.
One of them was held on July 22, and at that hearing the actor was informed that his legal process could be stopped indefinitely.
This complicates their situation, since their involuntary manslaughter trial could resume until 2021, since so far there is no date to appear again in Court.
Meanwhile, Pablo is in Miami, and has rarely been seen in public, as well as ceased to have activity on social networks since last year.

It should be recalled that in January, a judge rejected Lyle's request to travel to Mexico, and ordered him to remain in Miami while his judicial process continues.
The Mexican actor is accused of homicide for fatally hitting an older man after a vehicle dispute.
Judge Marlene Fernández-Karavetsos agreed, however, to ease her house arrest in Miami to give her more freedom of movement, on the condition that she return to sleep at night in the apartment where she lives in a central area of the city.
The judge's decision was known a week after the actor asked him for permission to return to Mexico in order to be close to his family and be able to work.
Pablo promised that he would return to Miami to face the accusations, but the prosecution expressed his fear that this would not happen.
