(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 5 - Lebanese health minister Hamad Hasan advises anyone who can leave Beirut, devastated yesterday by two powerful explosions that caused at least 78 dead and 4,000 injured.
Hasan - quoted by the local media - states that dangerous materials released into the air after the explosion could have long-term fatal effects.
