Newborn twins died in the bathroom of the Las Heras Hospital in Santa Cruz after they repeatedly refused to attend to the mother when the woman went to the guard because she had contractions. This was denounced by Miguel Ruiz, father of the babies who already had names: Mateo and Santino.
The young couple made a public complaint through social networks. They claim that due to the lack of medical attention, the woman had her twins in the hospital bathroom and the two died.
"She had the first baby while I was screaming at the hospital that someone help me and nobody paid attention to me. The nurses came with their great patience to want to talk to her calmly when she was giving birth to them in a public hospital toilet. The second baby was tail and they gave birth to the same when they should have done a cesarean section, "he said.
Miguel Ruiz made a heartbreaking account of what happened. "My two little angels left me, the truth, this pain I felt is inexplicable, listening to how your soul breaks into a thousand pieces", posted on his Facebook profile.
And he added that “we suffer in this shitty hospital, because unfortunately the hospital is shit. My lady was suffering many contractions, we came to the guard more than 5 times so that they could see her please and nobody paid attention to me. With great pain in tow, Miguel shared the photo of him and his wife with their twins in their arms and stated that “they did not want to act as they should when she had a twin pregnancy. Then he said that there was an attempt at resuscitation and that they told him about a possible transfer.
