On Wednesday in Los Angeles, a rape complaint was filed against rapper Takeoff. Member of the very popular Migos group, Kirshnik Khari Ball, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, is charged with assault and battery as well as sexual violence. The facts would have taken place last June during a party in the City of Angels.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ , Takeoff allegedly stared at the woman throughout the evening, before approaching her to offer her something to smoke. Uncomfortable, she would have rejected the proposal. Vexed, the rapper would then have had a muscular explanation with the man who accompanied the young woman to the evening.
She would have taken refuge in a room while waiting for her friend, but it was finally Takeoff who would have entered the room. He then allegedly started to touch her buttocks before removing her clothes and raping her. After which, he would simply have left the room as if nothing had happened. Also according to TMZ, the woman would have gone to the hospital to have the signs of the assault observed.
As her lawyer, we are well aware of the importance of civil and criminal prosecution in cases of actual sexual assault. That's not the case here.

What has become very clear is that the allegations made against Takeoff are patently false. The allegations and statements made regarding this lawsuit show that the representatives of the plaintiffs did not speak with relevant witnesses, nor study any evidence, ” Drew Findling told TMZ.

The rapper's advice then wished to recall the character traits of his client "renowned for his artistic talent as well as for his calm, reserved and peaceful personality" . “As her lawyer, we are well aware of the importance of civil and criminal prosecution for actual sexual assault. This is not the case here, ” he concludes.
