"Government ministers also understand the meaning of closure - harm to society and the economy. He said he proposed a different idea from the closure: to enter red and orange cities, improve intensive processes in cooperation with police forces, the Home Front Command and the HMOs and manage them with higher discipline: "Such a city that ignores the instructions creates an increase in the chain of infection.
