(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 06 - With a pool of banks, BNP Paribas, SociétéGénérale and UniCredit, Open fiber has defined the terms for the increase in the amount of the project financing signed in 2018 for the development of optical fiber for an additional 675 million euros. The value of the loan will thus rise from 3.5 billion to 4.145 billion euro overall. This was announced by the company led by Elisabetta Ripa, specifying that the operation must now be examined by the other financial institutions of the company for the operational implementation of the agreement. The duration of the operation remains unchanged and is spread over a 7-year period, that is, until 2025 considering the start in 2018.
