Vasco Rossi, 40 years after the 27/11 release, returns to Colpa d'Alfredo

(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 06 - New life for the Colpad'Alfredo album. Sony Music (Legacy) celebrates VascoRossi's third album released in April 1980 for the Targa- record label with the special collector's edition of the celebratory series R> PLAY, dedicated to the 40 years of the release of his studio albums and arriving on the 27th November.
    In a new and remastered package, the cover will be presented for the first time as it was designed and wanted by Vasco at the time: a close-up with the black eye and the voltotumefatto, rigged as if it had been crushed. In the original disc, for a last-minute shot of the record, the photo had been used as the back and covered a shot of the same service, but from behind.
    The box will also contain a hardcover book, written by the journalist and music critic Marco Mangiarotti, with the stories of Vasco himself and the testimonies of the musicians who participated in the making of the album, with many photos and unpublished and exclusive contents. As is now the tradition of the collection, there will also be a gadget that reproduces a part of the cover (this time it is the cardboard mask of Vasco's face with the black eye).
    New is the animated video for "Fragile Soul", a short film which will be published in the autumn. At the time of the release of the album "Colpa d'Alfredo", no video clip was made. (HANDLE).
