One of the babies weighed 900 grams and another 400. According to the specialists, if the first one had been treated properly, it could have survived. There is also no explanation regarding the difference in weight. "The girl was not well cared for during the time of her pregnancy," they assured.
“We went to the guard several times but they did not attend to us. They prescribed us Sertal and sent us home again. Until the fifth time my wife gave no more pain, we went to the hospital bathroom and there she gave birth to the twins. Only afterwards did the nurses come. I think they could have survived. They took my two little angels to me, ”said the father in a moving story.

“We will try to investigate and make ourselves available to the family during this painful time. I will give you a photocopy of the medical history, of the times you entered, you are within your right to request it to show you the clarity that one does not hide anything. I do not know if there is a complaint, but it is a right that patients have in the face of the situation. The family believes that there was a mismanagement, they were hopeful, they want to get to the bottom of all this and we promised to respond in the best way.
According to what Clarín was able to find out , there will be a lawsuit against the hospital, the doctors and the province of Santa Cruz. The complaint will be for "murder with possible intent" and "abandonment of person . " This was confirmed by the lawyer Rosa Razura, who advised the marriage from the beginning. “Caroline was a student of mine. I have a great affection for him. That is why I participated in the march and advised them, ”he told Clarín. The lawyer said that "there was a murder of two children" and therefore "there must be a lawsuit although it is not enough for Caroline and Miguel to mitigate their great pain."
