The corona plague has forced us all to move the center of our lives into the home. Entire industries have discovered that it is possible to work from home - and still run the business properly. With the gathering in, a new fashion was born that includes comfortable sweatpants, oversized shirts and comforting hoodies. The cozy attire is joined by another daily ceremony that has been pushed to the top of the list of priorities - hair care. If we used to stand in front of the mirror before leaving the house and fix the unruly edges with a slipper or pen and at best snatch some burn on the fingers, then these days are coming to an end. and better this way.

From a short stroll in the feed on our Instagram, one can completely recognize that this is a global trend. More and more celebrities in Israel and around the world have decided that this is really not the time to mess with a pen, straightener, curler and the rest of the electrical devices for arranging their hair - and decided to let their hair just be. What until half a year ago was easily perceived as "today bad hair", and requires massive maintenance or concealment under a hat, handkerchief, bandana or huge bow - today can pass in peace and even transmit style.

So what exactly is the new look of scattered hair? It looks like straight hair at the roots, wavy in the middle - and a little smoother at the ends. It's not curls per excellence, not curly properly, but neither is a surfer part. The look is not full of volume, not full of shine, a bit shapeless and by and large it looks as if the hair has no character and he does not know exactly what he wants - but this is not the case. It is the new and edgy look of the hair that calls in a powerful voice not to be enslaved to the face and arrangement. Just let him be.

Jay Lou has been addicted and lately you can see her more and more releasing the curls for themselves. Elsa Husk, our favorite isolation model, also stopped being enslaved to the intense arrangement. Ashley Graham is solid on the list, Amber Heard on intense court visits, and Vanessa Hudgens and others. In Israel, too, there is a nice presence of stars who have stopped investing in hair care, such as the pregnant Daniel Greenberg, who is tired of it. They are joined by singer Adele, who may not have been born with curly hair but was enthusiastic enough about the trend to create for herself an artificial curl that looks very unmade or untidy.

So apparently that's where things are going - someone who was born with wavy and wild hair - can let go, and anyone who has got neat, straightforward and easy-to-operate hair will now look for ways to mess it up. That is, if you have it - you have won. This is perhaps the first time you can stop envying women who come out of the shower with hair that dries on its own and becomes smooth and tidy, without having to dry it in the face. If you do not have it, and you still get naturally smooth women - there is a way to achieve this look artificially.

Maor Kiddushim, the master of Shiri Maimon, Dana Frieder and Chen Amsalem share the shortened path to achieving the desired texture. "You should start by straightening the hair using a face, not in an over-processed way, just to get a more comfortable texture to work with. Then soak the hair with narrow bibles, small strands of hair at a time for short periods of time." Thus, Kiddushim tells us, we will reach a wavy and not curly look made too. The finale and the critical part of the process - mix serum with matte clay together in the palm of the hand and apply with gentle movements all over the hair. "It's really worth shaking your hair at the end and not trying to style it too much," adds Kiddushim.
