(ANSA-AFP) - CARACAS, 08 AUGUST - Two American citizens have been sentenced to 20 years in prison in Venezuela for "armed incursion". According to the indictment, they attempted an "invasion" of the country from the sea last May in an attempt to overthrow President Nicolas Maduro.
Attorney General Tarek William Saab said ex-military Luke Alexander Denman and Airan Berry "confessed" the crimes of "conspiracy, conspiracy, arms trafficking and terrorism". (ANSA-AFP).
