"Yale discriminates against Asians and whites"

(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, AUG 14 - The US Department of Justice has accused the prestigious Yale University of violating civil rights law by discriminating the applications for admission of Asian and white students in favor of African Americans, using race not as one of the factors, according to what established by the Supreme Court, but as a predominant or determining factor. It is the Trump administration's second offensive against an IvyLeague university, after the one against Harvard for a similar story.
