Preparing for the opening of the sky:  Transport Minister Miri Regev will present tonight (Thursday) at Ben Gurion Airport the full outline for opening the flight routes to Israelis. According to the outline, Israelis will be able to fly to Bulgaria, Croatia and Greece without the obligation to isolate.

Israelis will leave the country under the following restrictions: Greece will receive a total of 600 Israelis who will be scattered between the cities of Thessaloniki, Athens, Corfu and Crete. Passengers to Greece will be required to do a check in the country, and when they arrive in Greece they will undergo another check and be asked to stay at the hotel until receiving the answer, up to a maximum of 48 hours. Israelis interested in flying to Bulgaria will be asked to pass an examination in Israel 72 hours in advance. Entry into Bulgaria will be made without inspection and without isolation. Those wishing to enter Croatia must perform a test in the country 48 hours in advance, when entering the country they will not be tested and will not be required for isolation.

The requirement for all those interested in vacationing abroad is to arrive at the field with negative test results for Corona. It was also decided to update the list of countries that Israelis will receive every two weeks.

In the summary of Ministers Edelstein, Ashkenazi, Regev and Zamir, it was decided to continue the work of the relevant teams. These will continue the work of the headquarters to promote an outline for business people who have arrived in Israel or left for countries in the world are essential for driving the economy, and will also formulate an outline for bringing inbound tourism to Israel from "green" countries.

The public must follow the guidelines published by the travel agents and official websites of the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At the end of a week to experiment with this outline, the Ministry of Health will present the data in order to establish the safety of the outline.

Other countries that should be included in the Foreign Ministry's green list are Hong Kong, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Rwanda, Canada and more. Those countries do not accept Israelis into their territory, so only those who hold a foreign passport that allows them to enter those countries can fly to them and return without the need for isolation. The decision will also apply to those who are already in those countries and hold an Israeli passport.

When the morbidity rate in Israel drops significantly, even Israeli passport holders will be able to enter those countries. Discussions are currently underway with Denmark, Montenegro, Cyprus, Hungary and other countries with the aim of expanding the list of countries that will allow Israelis to enter their territory.

It is important to note that the flight to the islands of Greece, Bulgaria and Croatia will be in aircraft that will be disinfected after each flight. Throughout the flight, passengers will be required to wear masks and those whose body temperature exceeds 38 degrees will not be able to enter Ben Gurion Airport.
