Coronavirus infections are still growing in the last 24 hours: they are 574 compared to 523 on Thursday. In Veneto and Lombardy the most consistent increases. Only in Valle d'Aosta and Molise have no new cases been recorded. In Puglia 5 young people hospitalized in severe conditions (ANSA)


 Coronavirus infections are still growing, according to data from the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours: they are 574 compared to 523 of Jupiter . To have a higher increase in new positives, it is necessary to go back to June 24, when there were 577. In Veneto (127) and Lombardy (97) the most consistent increases. Overall, 252,809 people have contracted Covid. On the other hand, the dead are decreasing: they are 3, against 6 yesterday. Only in Valle d'Aosta and Molise have no new cases been recorded.

14,249 people are currently positive at Covid, 168 more than on Thursday. There is also an increase in patients in home isolation (13,422, with an increase of 182 compared to yesterday) and in intensive care (56, one more than yesterday), while hospitalized patients with symptoms are decreasing (771, 15 fewer). This is what emerges from the data released by the Ministry of Health. Overall, 203,326 people have been discharged or recovered from the virus, 403 more than yesterday. In the last 24 hours, 46,723 swabs were performed, 4,465 fewer than the previous day.

In Puglia 5 young people hospitalized in severe conditions  - Five young people, between 20 and 30 years old, are hospitalized in Apulian hospitals in "severe conditions" in the infectious disease wards after contracting the Coronavirus.
