This Friday, just two days after being discharged from the Fernández hospital after overcoming pneumonia aggravated by coronavirus, the renowned announcer Jorge 'Cacho' Fontana was admitted again . This time, due to dehydration .

The historic 88-year-old driver , who before the isolation began working for Radio Nacional , was admitted and housed in one of the wards of the Milstein (ex-French) hospital . In that institution, Cacho must remain hospitalized, at least, a few days until his condition normalizes .

"He is suffering from dehydration but in good spirits, " announced his daughter Antonella, who was in charge of confirming Fontana's new health situation. "I was able to see him from afar and talk to him. He is encouraged and strong to get ahead, " he added.

A month ago , the legendary announcer had already been admitted as an intern at the Fernández hospital after testing positive for coronavirus.

Fontana, who has lived for years in the  Interplaza Rehabilitation and Geriatrics Clinic , a residence where there were confirmed cases of COVID-19, had been discharged on Wednesday after a 27-day stay at the Fernández.

Now, despite the shock, despite the concern generated by the new hospitalization, from his family environment they trust that he will soon return to the home where he lives.
