The Secretary of Access to Health, Carla Vizzotti, highlighted that the daily average of cases in the last week was 6,680, and said that what we must look at is "the film and not the photo, that is, the evolution."

"We are working with the 24 jurisdictions with different epidemiological situations in the new DNU that divides the country into ASPO (Social, Preventive and Mandatory Isolation) and Dispo (Social, Preventive and Mandatory Distancing) and which is decided based on whether or not to have transmission community, the doubling time of cases in less than 15 days and the type of response of the health system, "he clarified.

In addition, Vizzotti said that "now we have a horizon of being able to count on a vaccine if phase 3 is fulfilled", and that this situation "changes everything" because "we have a concrete perspective", after which he asked "to intensify care so that the day we can begin to vaccinate people at risk, we will arrive with the least amount of cases and victims. "

"This is the effort of the entire country, of the health team, and I reiterate that every day departures are authorized for the controls of chronic conditions, for prevention actions, vaccination and for acute events. The health system he is prepared and it is important not to delay the consultations, "he concluded.
