Amy Song , the 32-year-old successful fashion blogger, is a coquettish girl by all accounts. 1.68 meters, thin (gambled on size 34-36) and with how she holds a garment and the rich resume in the industry, she is the last girl we would think of as one who suffers from body image disorders. But, as we have often warned - not everything sparkles in Insta. Even the strongest aces who model green smoothies, exotic vacations in colorful swimsuits and dreamy outfits of super brands have issues.

Last week it was blogger Leoni Hannah who uploaded a photo from a holiday in Positano in Italy with a swollen belly that could be interpreted as a pregnant belly, but it turns out that this is a total result of upside down with soy milk. "Do not be harsh with yourself or your body, you do not deal with these feelings alone," Hannah wrote, trying to burst the bubble of her sweet-smelling feed.
But Amy Song, owner of the Song of Style brand, which has a much more impressive mileage than Hannah, has revealed that the swollen belly she held with both hands in a not-exactly-photogenic Instagram photo is actually a deeper matter that begins with an eating disorder she suffers from at age 10.
" At my lowest weight, I always suffered from a body image disorder, "Song wrote in a post that has already garnered over a hundred thousand likes while wearing an oval bikini. "I never loved my body. I had an eating disorder from the age of 10 and never dealt with it. I remember I was a high school cheerleader and tried all kinds of exercises to have squares in my stomach like the other girls in the group. No matter what I did I never had a stomach flat".
"Recently a lot of people have been asking me if I'm pregnant. So .. I'm not. I'm only gained seven pounds," Sung pointed out, "I eat a lot and exercise less, but for the first time I'm not obsessed with losing the extra pounds. I exercise now just because it makes me "To feel good about myself and not to look a certain way. I finally have a butt that I can catch. I work on my eating habits with a therapist so that I have a normal relationship with food."
And why did she remember that all of a sudden you ask? Sung wrote that she recently managed to go over all of her old bikini photos that fell on the editing floor, a logical move thanks to Corona. "I did not post these pictures because I felt I was fat and in general I was so thin. It's crazy. I still have a lot of work to do to truly love myself." Thought-provoking material for anyone who is undecided forty times whether the picture fits a deleted story after 24 hours or a torch.
